Member companies may access their fund’s instruments according to its rules. Fondimpresa, for example, has a Conto Formazione for training plans agreed by social partners. Not every company is automatically a member.

Initial checks
Ask the labour consultant which fund the company belongs to. Check available resources, participants, activities and submission rules with the fund or administering body.
Regional and chamber schemes
Check notices actually open and their specific requirements: location, size, activities, deadlines and eligible providers. Consulting and operational support are not automatically eligible as training.
The right sequence
Define objectives and training activities first. Funding and involvement of a training organisation are checked before committing or assuming cost coverage.
